June’s highlight’s include:
Free Poetry Writing Workshop with Helen Kay in Whitchurch Library, St Mary’s Arcade (Friday 12th June 10am-12pm, entry is free).
A poetry workshop led by Mark Pajak,whose debut collection Slide was published by Penguin to great critical acclaim (Sunday 21st June, Bargates Hall 1pm-13pm, £12 entry fee).
Open Mic Poetry Night at Percy's Bar, with guest poet Thirza Clout (Monday 22nd June 7.30pm-9.30pm).
